McKeever's First Ride, honors the life and spirit of Dan McKeever, a pioneer in the O & P field. It was inaugurated in 2009, by his daughter, Deenie McKeever, with the help of OPAF, at Chastain Horse Park, in Atlanta. Since then, the OPAF clinic has spread across the US, offering adaptive horse riding and equine assisted activities to participants of all ages!
