The Chastain Horse Park special event facilities are managed by the Saratoga Hospitality Group. The Clubhouse is available for special event rental during the week or on the weekend. All questions regarding your event (including rates, catering information, beverage policy and vendors) should be directed to the Saratoga representative at the Chastain Horse Park. Note, one-half of the facility is tax deductible as a voluntary, tax-deductible contribution to Chastain Horse Park, Ltd., a not-for-profit, charitable corporation pursuant to § 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Documentation confirming the contribution will be provided by a Chastain Horse Park representative. Please make all facility fee checks payable to: Chastain Horse Park, Ltd. Policies at the Chastain Horse Park Standard rental fees are based on a four (4) hour event with four (4) hours of support time. Should the event exceed the contracted time, overtime charges of $300.00 per hour will apply. Your rental includes the use of our inventory which includes: (125) Chairs (11) 60" Round Tables (11) 48" Round Tables (20) 6' Rectangular Tables (6) Glass and Iron Tables, each with four matching chairs One month prior to the event date, we request a $500 refundable security deposit for any damages or other contract non-compliance that might occur. Your rental fee includes 70-parking spaces for your event. If there is no concert at the Chastain Park Amphitheatre your rental fee will include an additional 70-spaces for a total of 140-parking spaces. Additional parking, if necessary, can be arranged through your Event Sales Manager. Currently The Chastain Horse Park does not have a liquor license. Under state law the Client must provide all alcoholic beverages. Non alcoholic beverages, glassware, mixers, bartenders, full bar set-up and the appropriate insurance coverages are provided to our Clients as part of our beverage services at the Chastain Horse Park for a charge of $10.50++ per person.
